This was revealed by a Secret Service whistleblower who told Senator Josh Hawley that Rowe “directed that Secret Service agents who do threat assessments at events be cut.” Some of these Secret Service threat assessment agents had been raising alarms about security issues for months prior to the Butler rally, yet their warnings were ignored.
