- Roy correctly identifies the weakness of the modern Democrat. They operate in the shadows of procedure because their policies cannot survive the light of debate. Thune must shatter the “Zombie Filibuster” and force these subversives to hold the floor. Make them stand for days and explain to the American people why they value the foreign invader over the citizen. They will not do it.
