A wave of violence has taken over parts of Mexico after the country killed its most powerful cartel leader, ‘El Mencho.’ In a video shared on X, a member of the Jalisco New Generation cartel is seen shooting multiple rounds into the Municipal Palace of Jiquilpan. ‘El Mencho,’ whose name is Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, was one of the United States’ most wanted fugitives.
