142 House Republicans voted no on Rep. Anna Paulina Luna’s amendment (which passed 280-142 on April 30, 2026). Prominent voices pushing back against Luna included House Agriculture Committee Chairman G.T. Thompson (R-PA), who pressured members to reject the amendment, and others like Rep. Austin Scott (R-GA) who defended the original provisions on the floor. Will be naming and shaming them all soon
