Chauvin Trial Defense Scores MAJOR Win As Medical Expert Says George Floyd Death Was NOT A Homicide. Due to complicated factors the medical expert said that Floyd’s cause of death should be ruled undetermined. While this again raises reasonable doubt as to the guilt of Derek Chauvin it is not definitive proof of anything and politics may still play a roll.
