- That’s a problem; a bigger problem is the management of expectations of arrests and prosecutions occurring in jurisdictions like DC and N. Virginia, where leftist judges, and a jury pool dominated by Democrat “public servants”, are not going to deliver; regardless of what evidence is presented.
