Germany is concerned about increasing the size of their army because it would involve giving military training and weapons to Muslims in Germany. “[German Chancellor] Mertz has admitted, that they can’t raise an army in Germany because it will be majority Muslim, because the Germans aren’t having kids and the Muslims are and they actually don’t want to give hundreds of thousands of young Muslim men weapons.” “Like they’re worried about what would happen if they did that. So they can’t raise an army in Germany already. “I guess if it’s gotten to that point, we just have to readjust to a new understanding of Europe, right?” – Wall Street Mav
- Another huge reason they can’t raise an army is because no native German young man is gonna sign up to fight & die for a country that hates him. He’s also not gonna leave his wife & daughter behind to get raped – Winf River
- Daily reminder that the UK and France have nuclear weapons and soon to be majority Muslim population which will elect Islamists to control the WMDs. We invaded Iraq for imaginary nukes. These are real. zk
- Wow. Terrible reality, but they’re right. Lebanon was a Western-leaning, majority Christian country. It took in more muslim refugees (including the Muslim Brotherhood, often because other Middle Eastern countries refused) the demographic balance cracked, and the country spiraled into civil war and long-term capture by sectarian power blocs. Many Christians were brutally murdered during this takeover. Let this history serve as warning to the West; Europe is on the same path by tolerating large-scale non-assimilation. Parallel societies do not integrate on their own. As a result, Germany is already tightening family reunification for this reason. Mertz is facing this reality and —hopefully other countries are paying attention. Data point: Even major projections show Europe’s Muslim share rising to roughly ~7% to ~14% by 2050 depending on migration levels. That shift concentrates fastest in big cities and younger age cohorts, which is where cohesion and military recruitment pressures show up first. If the US doesn’t stop chain migration and update laws for modern realities, we will import the same instability. Idealism without strategy always ends the same way. LKM
