Seriously, any objective observer of litigation involving Trump over the past year has to admit that ~90% of the appealte and supreme court matters have been decided in his favor. He just keeps on winning. Why? The Democratic Party’s “Get Trump” platform is against the law. – Steve Holloway
- The verbal gymnastics from plaintiffs in this and the detention case are laughable. You would think that terminating something temporary was obvious. In the detention case the plaintiffs were splitting hairs between applying for and seeking asylum. The courts can still be a line of defense against the Orwellian redefinition of words. Bronx
