- Qualified Republican opinion observers in Philadelphia are also prohibited from monitoring voting activities. After a court order allowed these opinion observers to observe, they were so far away from the ballot survey that they could not view the activity.
- Requests from legislators for independent investigations have been ignored by the administration.
- Due to these inconsistencies and questionable activities, we believe that PA election results should not have been certified by our Secretary of State.
