Jared Polis has now CONFIRMED he has commuted Tina Peters’ sentence, saying he believes the election whistleblower’s free speech rights were violated Polis says the judge “held her speech against her.” Peters will OFFICIALLY be free in just a couple weeks, with a release date of June 1.

They unjustly kept her in prison and now the Deep State probably pressured him to let her go as it is PAINFULLY obvious that the DOJ will not investigate voter fraud, as they wish to keep control over the 20-30 million fake votes they used to defeat Trump in 2020.

Now prosecute Jena Griswold!

Tina Peters received clemency today from Gov. Jared Polis, and now Jena Griswold needs to answer for her crimes. Griswold spent years calling demonizing Peters as a criminal who she said compromised voting equipment and threatened Colorado’s elections. And then Griswold left voting system passwords online. She said it was a mistake, it was unintentional, the safeguards worked, and everyone was supposed to trust the process. You do not get to spend years treating one election breach like the end of democracy, then expect everyone to look away when the breach happened under your watch. Why wasn’t Griswold ever prosecuted?

It’s still hard to believe how Tina Peters was treated like a criminal for exposing the election systems, but when Jenna Griswold’s office had actual voting system passwords online for MONTHS, it’s was ok!!!

Everyone knew Tina Peters could never hold her position again, she was permanently barred. She was defiant because she knew she was right. Judge Barrett sentenced her for one reason: she supported Trump. It was political lawfare, pure and simple. Absolutely disgusting. They did the same to Trump and countless others. Peters posed zero threat to reoffend. Barrett is a Democrat socialist with terminal TDS who couldn’t help himself. What this judge and every other smug Democrat underestimated: Trump would win again. You can hear it in Barrett’s condescending 20-minute tirade and arrogance. He thought he was untouchable. He thought they’d won. They were wrong. The appeals court basically said Barrett went after her because of her politics. He threw out her constitutional rights the second he decided he didn’t like she was Trump supporter. Jenna Griswold: karma’s coming for you.
