WHY AREN’T WE TALKING ABOUT CALIFORNIA’S ILLEGAL PROP 50 MAPS?! Missouri Sen. Eric Schmitt just dropped the hammer: California’s new redistricting maps may be illegal — and could get tossed just like Virginia’s. Virginia’s maps were struck down for violating the state constitution. They’ll revert to a 10-1 Democrat majority… but not until 2028. Now California: State law requires an independent commission to draw the maps. Newsom and the Democrat legislature overrode that commission last year to gerrymander.
They hired mapmaker Paul Mitchell to draw districts specifically to “bolster racially gerrymandered VRA seats.” That language is now illegal after the SCOTUS Callais decision banned race-based district drawing. Justice Thomas was crystal clear: Racial quotas in maps are “repugnant to any nation that strives for the ideal of a color-blind Constitution.” Two fatal flaws: 1. Race-based gerrymandering 2. Illegally bypassing the independent commission Stop breaking the law to rig your maps. NO MORE COLOR OR RACIAL QUOTAS. Redraw them fairly. Stay pissed.
Don’t forget folks – the Deep State still has 20-30 million fake votes that they used in 2020 to defeat Trump. Democrats have 8 plus million that they always use. If we do not stop voter fraud, no amount of redistricting can defeat these numbers combined – at 3 am when no one is looking. They can even make a fool like AOC president.
