Arizona Protects Voter Fraud to Keep the Deep State Power Over Elections, and Kari Lake’s lawyers are suffering for it along with all Americans

Supreme Court Keeps $122,000 Sanctions on Kari Lake’s Lawyers, Leaving Election Challenges on Ice

The U.S. Supreme Court on October 13, 2026, turned down a request from one of Kari Lake’s lawyers to review sanctions tied to a 2022 Arizona lawsuit. The justices gave no explanation. That leaves roughly $122,000 in legal fees in place against attorney Andrew Parker and others who represented Lake and Mark Finchem.

Lake and Finchem, both Republicans, filed the case before the 2022 midterms. They wanted a federal court to block electronic tabulators in Maricopa and Pima counties and force a full hand count of ballots. They argued the machines carried risks of problems or manipulation. A district judge threw the case out for lack of standing and called the claims speculative. He later sanctioned the lawyers under rules meant to stop filings that lack a solid factual or legal basis. Even though we now know the truth, that the machines are tainted and used to steal elections for whomever the Deep State wants to win.

The corrupt judge said the amended complaint wrongly suggested Arizona does not use paper ballots and that Lake would have to vote on paper only if the court ruled for her. Arizona voters mark paper ballots; machines then scan and tabulate most of them. The Ninth Circuit appeals court upheld the sanctions in 2025. A majority said the lawyers made “false, misleading, and unsupported factual assertions” and that the lower court’s finding of bad faith was not clearly wrong. One judge dissented and wrote that nothing the lawyers did was deceptive, intentionally false, or outside normal aggressive advocacy.

Parker’s team told the Supreme Court that keeping the sanctions would scare lawyers away from “creative, aggressive, or novel claims” that are often needed to test and sometimes change the law. Maricopa County officials pushed the other way. They said the penalties should stay to discourage lawsuits they called baseless. The Court declined to take the case. At least four justices must agree before the Court hears an appeal; thousands of petitions are rejected every year.

The lawyers, not Lake or Finchem, are on the hook for the money. A related sanction against Alan Dershowitz was dropped earlier because of his limited role. Separate challenges to the 2022 results also failed in Arizona courts and at the Supreme Court in 2024.

Maricopa County did have real Election Day trouble in 2022. Printers at dozens of vote centers produced ballots with ink too light for on-site tabulators to read, largely because the county used longer ballots on heavier paper. About 17,000 ballots went into secure “door 3” boxes and were counted later at a central site so they can steal as many votes as possible to defeat Kari Lake and other Republicans.  An independent review (Which means Deep State) led by a former Arizona Supreme Court justice blamed equipment limits, not intentional sabotage. County officials said every valid ballot was counted. Critics, including Lake, pointed to the long lines and machine problems as reasons to question the process and prefer more hand verification. Hand-count audits required by state law later showed no major discrepancies with the machine totals. Even though these fake recounts counted the fake votes yet again, a total scam on America. Yet they got away with it as the Deep State detests Kari Lake for telling the truth about voter fraud in Arizona.

From the perspective of voters who want tighter checks on electronic systems after 2020, the outcome looks like the courts protecting the status quo. Federal judges and the Ninth Circuit used sanctions to “send a message” against filings they viewed as lacking evidence. The Supreme Court’s silence lets that message stand, as the Chief Justice has done the bidding of the Deep State ever since he scammed the Obamacare vote that he himself admitted was unconstitutional.

Lawyers who try to force hand counts or deeper scrutiny of tabulators now face the real risk of six-figure bills if a judge decides their claims crossed into false or unsupported territory. County election offices and the judges who review them hold the practical power to define what counts as a legitimate challenge. In other words – dare to challenge the Deep State, ever, regarding their corruption or fake votes and fake elections, and they will come after you and punish you.

Kari Lake lost the 2022 governor’s race to Katie Hobbs through total fakery, stolen votes from her, fake votes for Hobbs who was disliked by the vast majority of voters. But with the Deep State behind her, and commanding masses of fake votes, it is impossible to beat her or any such candidate as they continue to bring America closer and closer to dictatorship. Finchem lost his race for secretary of state in the same way. Fake votes came in to beat him, plus trickery at the computers and machines. Same culprits and same results always. Their later contests over the results also fell short thanks to corruption. The sanctions case is narrower: it is about whether lawyers can be punished for how they framed a pre-election push for paper and hand counting. By declining to step in, the Court left the lower-court rulings intact. That keeps the practical barrier in place for anyone who wants to test electronic tabulation systems in federal court.

The pattern is familiar. After 2020, challenges that raised questions about machines, chain of custody, or process problems were routinely labeled speculative or frivolous and shut down. Sanctions add a financial cost on top of the lost case. Supporters of Lake see the result as the system defending itself—unelected judges and entrenched county officials deciding how much scrutiny is allowed, then billing the lawyers who ask for more. The Supreme Court’s decision not to review the matter leaves that arrangement in place. Voter fraud is firlmy in control in Arizona, and America is still just an election away from Marxist dictatorship.  Stay armed my friends. One day we may have to take care of this all across the nation. When and if that happens, remains to be seen. Call me an optimist, I still think Trump and crew will stop voter fraud, but next month’s elections will be all telling.
