- Hmm…why on earth would the teachers union want to hide what they’re teaching children from their own parents? Someone might want to remind teachers that they work for and are paid by taxpaying parents. And that they must answer to those same taxpayers or they should be stripped of all taxpayer funding. GS

- What is it they don’t understand about PUBLIC school? I was a teacher in public schools. I left the union because of their policies, and MY money being spent on candidates and projects I did not agree with. Public schools should be transparent. They should align with parents wishes, not a union. JC

- My kid’s teacher once asked me to sign consent for a R rated movie. I asked what movie. She said she had no movie in mind but just wanted the form ‘in case’. lol Um. No. – Really
