D.I.C. (Democrat Instigated Crime) – this caught on vid, luckily not another murder, but still an attack

This happened just four days ago in south LA. The attack was unprovoked. The victim, an 18-year-old, took several punches to the face and head before falling to the ground. She was then robbed of $30. pic.twitter.com/zyljy5K3HS
