DEAR GOD! The 16-year-old in Charlotte NC, Jonah Oliver, who racked up more than 275 CHARGES in under 3 months…HAS BEEN RELEASED FROM PRISON, AGAIN

Gunpoint carjacking? DISMISSED. Sh00ting into an occupied home? DISMISSED. Weapon of mass destruction? DISMISSED. Handgun by a minor? DISMISSED. He pled to TWO watered down “conspiracy” counts and got a SUSPENDED sentence. So what is his punishment? ZERO additional days in prison. Suspended sentence. 24 months probation. 50 hours of community service. …FOR A REPEAT OFFENDER WHO HAS RACKED UP NERALY 300 CHARGES! He faced nearly 15 YEARS IN PRISON and now will serve zero. The fact we’re still watching judges lower bonds on career predators tells you the culture didn’t change — only the statute. Judges who ignore rap sheets and put us ALL at Risk!
