Ok so he is brain dead. Let’s move on. Who is going to replace him? How does that work in Kentucky ? Does the governor pick someone to temporarily be the Senator? Who will take over on his committees. He staid waaay too long and his Chinese wife beat it out of town before his death will be announced.
