It’s not repeated twice. PV generally puts some quick snippets at the very beginning of its vids, to provide a kind of synopsis of what you’re about to see/hear. That’s what is done here. Those snippets are parts of the entire video so you naturally hear them again.
Why is it necessary to explain this….
This evidence, as with all of the evidence of the massive fraud of the 2020 election, is irrelevant because the Department of Justice ignores and rejects it.
This won’t matter! They keep getting caught over and over lying about the death rates, who is at risk, vax safety, vax effectiveness, masks, etc. etc. etc. But the rules, passports, and mandates continue without pause.
