Mr Fitton, thanks for your concern for employees/employers in the private sector vis-à-vis the illegitimate, authoritarian regime’s so-called vaccination mandate. I continue to be surprised, however, how you and other notable attorneys (and lawyer-senators, like Ted Cruz, a vaunted constitutional scholar and practitioner, I understand) so blithely pass over the impact of this mandate on federal employees, like myself (also a retired USAF colonel, after serving nearly 30 years). Please spare a moment of thought on how such an abridgement of personal liberty and choice affects us as well–and act, accordingly.
