Ted Cruz Is Really Worried — And America Should Be Terrified. November is almost here and you need to worry now

Senator Ted Cruz just laid it out without the usual Washington sugarcoating. On The Sean Spicer Show, the Texas Republican rattled off a list of Senate battlegrounds and admitted what too many Republicans still refuse to say out loud: “With the Senate, I’m really worried.”  See the video below

North Carolina. Georgia. Maine. Iowa. Ohio. Alaska. Nebraska. Kansas. Texas. Cruz said the numbers are rough and those races sit within a couple of points of each other. Democrats need only four seats. That is not a wave. That is a theft window.

Cruz was even blunter about his own backyard. Democrat James Talarico — the “woke, left-wing zealot” Cruz correctly labeled him — is leading or tied with Ken Paxton in public polling after $200 million in attack ads left Paxton’s net favorability underwater. Cruz called it a “really rough election.” He is not wrong.

This is the same playbook Democrats and the Deep State used in 2020 to defeat Donald Trump: mail-in ballots with weak chain of custody, same-day and automatic registration in blue machines, lawsuits that delay certification, and enough “found” votes to flip the razor-thin races. Nothing structural has stopped them. The SAVE America Act — proof of citizenship, real photo ID, limits on no-excuse mail-in voting — is still bottled up in the Senate because a handful of RINOs keep voting with Chuck Schumer. Collins. Murkowski. McConnell. Tillis. They have killed it more than once. Majority Leader John Thune keeps saying the votes are not there. That is the point. They will not force the vote. They will not nuke the filibuster for election integrity. They will not do the one thing that would make a 2020-style steal far harder.

If Democrats take the Senate and the House in November, Cruz himself warned what comes next: Trump’s agenda grinds to a halt and Congress becomes a “24/7 impeachment circus.” That circus does not stop in January 2027. It targets Trump. Then it targets Vance. The user of the same 2020 vote-harvesting machinery does not need a popular mandate. They need four Senate seats, a House majority, and the RINO refusal to lock the barn door. After that, statehood for D.C. and Puerto Rico, killing the filibuster, packing the Court, and rewriting the rules so they never lose again is not theory. It is the documented Democrat plan. America becomes a one-party administrative state dressed up as democracy. A dictatorship with better branding. Marxism is about to be attempted right here in the U.S. if Trump does not impose a National Emergency ASAP, to guarantee free and fair elections in November.

Patriots already see it on X. They are demanding Thune be replaced, the filibuster nuked for the SAVE Act, and Paxton actually fought for instead of left to drown in $200 million of opposition cash. They are right. Midterm turnout among the people who put Trump back in the White House is not automatic. Low-propensity voters stay home. Mail ballots get counted for weeks. Courts intervene. The same “fortified” systems that produced 2020 remain in place.

This is the warning. The Senate map Cruz described is the battlefield. The blocked SAVE Act is the unlocked door. The 2020 playbook is still on the table. If Republicans lose the Senate in 62-some days, the impeachment machinery starts in 2027 and the republic we have left becomes much harder to recognize.

Pass the SAVE Act now. Primary the RINOs who won’t. Flood Texas, Ohio, Alaska, Iowa, Maine, and every other listed state with watchers, lawyers, and turnout. Treat every mail ballot like the vulnerability it is. America does not have to become a dictatorship after Trump and Vance. But it will if the people who already know how to manufacture the margins are allowed to do it again while the Senate GOP pretends the filibuster is more sacred than citizenship voting. They stole 2020 right in our faces. If we let them do it again, it is on us.

The clock is running. Cruz said he is really worried. He should be. So should you. Hey – “You ever see that old Spartacus episode? The one called Kill Them All?”
