Kristian Andersen, Robert Garry, and Eddie Holmes devised a strategy to mislead New York Times journalist Donald McNeil Jr., ensuring he wouldn’t dig too deeply into the lab leak theory. • The infamous Proximal Origin paper, authored by Andersen, Garry, Holmes, Andrew Rambaut, and W. And now, after years of smearing and slandering “conspiracy theorists,” the New York Times quietly admits that the so-called “conspiracy theorists” were right from the start.
