The Safe-T Act was passed in the middle of the night. Our criminal justice system needs reform, and that’s not accomplished when JB Pritzker, Kwame Raoul, Kim Foxx, and Lori Lightfoot urge progressive legislators to slam bills like this through in the middle of the night.
