The problem with their resolution is that California has a law that says all valid votes must be counted and once counted it cannot be removed for any reason. With situations like this in past California elections the vote that was already cast for the person that filed the provisional vote is not removed because it is still considered a valid vote and was already counted and they just end up adding the provisional and if you voted R and the vote that wasn’t cast by you was a D then in reality your vote was nullified. Either way the person that committed the fraud still wins because they simply managed to cancel out your vote. This has been challenged in the past and has never been overturned because they say the suing person either doesn’t have standing or they say there simply isn’t enough instances of this happening to make a difference and they don’t want to take the chance of not counting someone’s vote.
This is extremely concerning , However that being said what is scary is that they are getting away with it . Just like the 2020 election not on government agency did one damn thing. There were mountains of evidence and no court would even look at t it. If everybody in all branches of government were complacent or in on it.
