A tourist described scenes of panic at Mexico’s Teotihuacan site after a gunman climbed the Pyramid of the Moon and opened fire, leaving people “playing dead” as others feared mass casualties. Eyewitness Barak Hardley said the shooting lasted up to 20 minutes as confusion spread across the historic landmark. Authorities identified the suspected shooter as 27-year-old Julio Cesar Jasso Ramirez, who died at the scene; one person was killed and at least 13 others were injured.
