Just curious about the application of giving consent. How all that specifically works. The inference is they can’t use it or won’t use it if you do not give consent of course.

- Walmart didn’t invent this overnight. Their policy already lists face geometry, voiceprints, plates, and in-store tracking as data they may collect. Most of it isn’t taken from every shopper — but “we might” is not permission.
