in law school, you’ll learn many various jurisprudential “balancing tests”—several originating from Justice Breyer opinions. but if you want to understand how those are *actually* applied in courts of law, I really couldn’t think of a better illustration than this perfect quote: https://t.co/exuKyTi2zD

I hope he stats for a lot longer just to make the communists mad they want to replace him with a communist worse than him. This country is in deep trouble I have no idea what is going to happen but it is not looking good at this time.

It is stunning that the left wants Justice Breyer gone, but cannot say the self-evident same about their President.

The only reason the un American’s left want him to retired. Is to replace him with a more progressive liberal jackass who doesn’t go by the Constitution but by what the insane progressive liberals want instead, Period.
This guy right in one thing he said. The Supreme Court decision on anything is only a opinion. On what should be done according to the Constitution and not on people’s feelings or want’s. Their say so on any subject is a opinion only and not a law in any way, shape or form unless Congress makes it so.

This guy has a constitution so he can figure out a way to subvert it at all times.
