Warm Springs, Georgia. August 27, 2026. Sgt. Chris Fisher smells marijuana coming off Jimmy Lee Steverson’s truck at a Marathon station. Steverson argues. Then he fights. Fisher tases him. Two bags of weed. Three AR-style rifles. Felony drug, felony gun, obstruction with threats of violence. The paperwork is ugly. The bond is not. Ten thousand dollars. A thousand down. Steverson is back on the street the next day.
Five days later, September 1, Fisher is sitting in his patrol car after an unrelated stop at the Meriwether Country Inn. A black Silverado pulls alongside. Steverson opens fire into the cruiser and drives off. Fisher is 36. Army veteran. Husband. Father of two. Promoted to sergeant in July. Dead on the scene. GBI called it a targeted attack. Steverson shot himself the next morning when South Carolina deputies boxed him in on I-85.
The court did not need a crystal ball. The man had already put hands on the officer. The man already had long guns in the truck. The system still priced a cop’s life at a grand in cash.
That Georgia bond is one file. The file cabinet is full. Blue-city judges, cashless-bail statutes written by Democrats, and “promise to appear” magistrates keep feeding the same machine. Arrest. Release. Repeat. Then a funeral. The Democrat virus is eroding all faith in the justice system all over the U.S., even Texas where Soros prosecutors have infested once great cities like Austin, Houston and Dallas with their diseased ways. Criminals and homeless rule and this will all explode soon if the Dems steal Congress and the Senate in November.

Eight months later he sat behind a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee on the LYNX Blue Line and stabbed her in the neck on camera. North Carolina had to pass Iryna’s Law to kill cashless release for violent and repeat offenders. The House later passed a Cashless Bail Reporting Act. She fled a war. A magistrate’s form killed her. Harris County alone has been a graveyard of this policy. GOP Study Committee members put it on paper after Zarutska: 162 Harris County residents murdered since 2021 by criminals already out on bail. That is a county, not a metaphor.
What the left sold. What the street delivered.
Cashless bail was sold as racial justice. Early pandemic releases were sold as public health. “Promise to appear” was sold as dignity. Every slogan had a press conference. Every slogan left a hole in a family.
Trump’s lane is the opposite and voters already know it. Lock the violent ones. End cashless release for people who punch cops, carry rifles during a felony, cut strangers on trains, or collect 14 bookings like baseball cards. Fire the magistrates who treat a written promise like a magic spell. Put names on ballots — Lyke, Unger, Galván, Stokes, Licitra — and make the next primary about funerals, not theory.
Sgt. Fisher’s department has six officers. Warm Springs has 465 people. They promoted a 36-year-old Army vet in July and buried him in September because a $10,000 bond looked reasonable to somebody with a stamp. Mario’s video is the intake form. The list above is the intake stack.
