- As a black man I completely agree. Black people and democrats for the last 20 years have been playing the victim and calling white people racist just for disagreeing with them. White people in America experience the most racism by far of any group. Society has created DEI to advantage women and minorities over white men. White men have been passed over for jobs for lesser qualified people just for that job to reach a certain racial quota. – DH
