- When the EU formed I called it a Mutual Suicide Pact, and they have not done anything to change that assessment. Now Canada is desperately trying to lash ourselves to the deck of that sinking ship because we are in a worse economic position. The PM was right when he said Canada is most European Non European Nation on earth, just not in any good way. Dax

- America first policy sure puts a dagger into CATO institute globalist free trade policy. With production increasingly automated, shortening supply chains becomes the overriding factor. It’s a waste to make things in Germany for US markets. – George D
