- You gotta pivot! QVC could have hired younger talent to restructure their brand. They can rebrand and compete with Tik Tok Shop, Amazon, SHEIN, & TEMU
- My husband and I stopped watching when they fired Bob Bowersox. Believe it or not my husband used to enjoy watching the Sunday morning. Kitchen Show that Bob hosted.
- They should’ve made a deal with Amazon to share customer data base and transition to their platform or with temo but these old companies chose death instead for some reason no imagination or maybe it’s they lose ambition and desire to evolve!! Unfortunate – OP
- My mother was addicted to the shopping networks for years. She was an older, single woman at the time and these “networks” prey on the lonely and vulnerable. They build a “relationship” with viewers, have them call in and chat, and build a fake community so that the viewers end up buying a bunch of overpriced garbage they don’t need. Glad to see QVC on the ropes. Good riddance. – IWO
- It goes beyond losing their customer base. Their pricing, especially for clothing, is unreasonable. You can find similar items at Marshall’s or TJ Max for much less. Shipping costs are high, and returns are a nightmare. Customer service has gone down hill for several years now. – JoJo
- Such a shame! They used to be one of my clients, I spent many a day there as a network tech. I used to see the celebrities there, hawking their goods to promote, while I was waiting in their lobby in West Chester, PA. I especially enjoyed when they had the bikini or lingerie models day! One of the QVC hosts was my next door neighbor! Great guy! He had Tony Robbins over for a BBQ a few times. – Kevin From Wyoming
- Their hosts are complete clowns. They don’t sell. They’re too busy discussing their personal lives and not the product. QVC does not listen to their customers either. This was all their own fault. – L
