- Years ago, my parents could not find work. They applied for food stamps and welfare. The US government told them that in order to get aid they would first have to sell our one vehicle, which my father was using to work any job that he could find. They then told my mother that if my father left our family, they could give her more money. They refused. We got a little bit of money in food stamps. For several years the six of us lived in a three room shack. Now? Millions, billions just flowing out the door to scammers and illegal aliens. For decades the US government has been the primary driver in destroying families and creating dependence, corruption, and fraud. DOGE started to open the door to expose much of it and they were smeared, undermined, and then shut down by Democrats and the utterly traitorous Congressional Republicans. - Nothing new here. In the 70’s and 80’s they used to drive up from Illinois into Wisconsin to collect their welfare and food stamps and they’d be driving Cadillacs, while my family, my dad slaving away in a factory, drove a 1964 Rambler that the floor rusted out in.
- I’ve seen the fraud-as a former Public Aid Caseworker for the corrupt State of Illinois….Food Stamps/EBT cards, Medicaid Medical Cards borrowed to “Pill Shop” at E/R visits and the Cash Grants (i.e. free money). - When I managed retail years ago, I had a Ukrainian immigrant who worked for me, she realized she could get more benefits asked to drop from full time to part time so she’d be eligible. I adored her, but was appalled she thought that was ok. She also told me stories about all her Armenian friends in LA, who drove Lexus, BMw’s all will getting benigits from the state. – Jen Ford
- These people stealing from us are ridiculous. One of their vehicles, bentleys, alpha romeo, Lamborghini, you take it in for an oil change, and it’s going to cost you ten thousand dollars, that’s more than I make in six months.
