Julie Kelly: Source confirms to me that Joe diGenova will be sworn in on Monday as Counsel to the Attorney General to lead the Russia collusion hoax invesitigation.

He will work out of the Fort Pierce, FLA courthouse; a grand jury has been empaneled there since January. This is the home of Judge Aileen Cannon, who presided over Special Counsel Jack Smith’s documents case against the president until she determined in July 2024 that his appointment violated the Constitution and tossed the indictment.
