With the announcement by Senator Joe Manchin that he is a “NO” on the Build Back Broke bill, it is starting to dawn on many in the media that Sleepy Joe Biden is just flat out STUPID. Specifically that Biden is a STUPID negotiator as you can see in this MTP clip. Perhaps Biden’s handlers need to buy a copy of “The Art of the Deal” in order to learn how to properly negotiate.
