An explosive seven pages of transcript that were classified for 50 years have finally been revealed. These seven pages show the deep state led a targeted spy operation against President Nixon and his National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger. During Nixon’s presidency, the military advisers felt they were being excluded from policymaking decisions in Washington. So, what did they do? They enlisted a 28-year-old Navy yeoman named Charles Radford to illegally transmit communications between Kissinger and Nixon to Thomas Moorer, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs. This way, the Pentagon could keep tabs on Nixon’s moves, his plans, and operations with the National Security Council. Newsmax Chief Washington correspondent @jamesrosentv broke the story in the New York Times and you need to read it asap if you haven’t yet. It reads like an exciting, suspenseful spy novel. What’s more, is Rosen’s story illuminates that while there are different individuals who comprise today’s deep state than in the 1970s, the connective tissue of the administrative state is the entitlement and the bureaucratic ideology that the American people’s voices don’t matter. Despite never being elected, these entitled bureaucrats believe they run the country and the ends justify the means, even if illegal. Truly Machiavellian.
