  • Yeah- This shit is getting ridiculous- We all need to just stop spending our money on these famous franchises- Filet-O-Fish has never been that small!! Shit is crazy!! People need to spend money on local mom and pop, hole in the wall, and local food trucks, etc. Because you know you’ll get better food, and truly a better value!! These fast food giants who continue to raise prices and give us shitty food, it’s just not worth it anymore!! And by the way, that Filet-O-Fish Sandwich is $7.89 – Just Some THoughts
  • Shouldn’t be eating processed food. Grow your own crops. Or put small garden in raised bed in yard you would be surprised at the amount you can yield. Go in with someone and buy a cow, have it processed two people could eat off 1/2 cow for a year. Get some chickens for eggs. – Kristine
  • You love to repost stuff that you now isn’t true, including this video twice: The fish hasn’t changed one bit, I even contacted our supply chain (and Gortons Fish) to confirm when with this rumor circulated about 2 years ago. Our sauce has always been 2/3 ounce, cheese has always been 1/2 slice and the size of the filet hasn’t changed. What has changed is the shape of the bun. About 3 years ago we took HFCS out of the recipe. We also changed the cast iron of the bun pan itself for better meat to bun ratio. Instead of our buns being flat, we wanted them taller to have the meat extending off the bun. The bun is the amount of dough, same weight, same size – just a slightly different shape (taller/less round). That has been the only change. If we shrunk, calories would be vastly different from prior years of nutrition stacks. You never bring receipts, only unverified speculation. – McFranchisee
  • And I’m telling you they put those buns through metal detector to make sure it doesn’t exceed the amount of metal allowed in your system. It’s the buns Restaurants decided to put double gluten in the rolls, so when you’re eating that’s what fills you up. Nasty!!! I’m running to the bakery right now to get the rolls our Pulled Pork for our event. We use fresh baked buns from Sam’s. $7 for 20. Expensive as hell, but at least they’re fresh.
