- So even if they find all of the fraud, what is the remedy? Do they have another election? How do we restore the proper candidate to whatever votes they got? If we just prosecute the fraud but allow the election results to stand we have still been disenfranchised and the damage to the city, state or country will be done by the fraudulently “elected” candidate. – LF
