We had a debate here in the Whatfinger Office in Dallas, Texas. Is Jim Jordan a Deep State tool? Some of us believe he is. Others believe he has a gun to his head and has to do as he is told. One thing is certain: nothing he does, nothing any senator does, and nothing the President says happens if it is directed against Democrats who stole 2020 with the Deep State’s help. Nothing. None of the culprits, like Schiff, who lied as the norm, will ever be prosecuted. Why? Because the Deep State DOJ backs them. Just like how they fooled you into thinking Barr was Trump’s man, he was obviously not, calling Trump a liar re: voter fraud and other Deep State BS. Same for Blanche now. Right-wing media loves to say what a wonderful job he is doing.
Trump says it often. But he said the same thing about Barr. Is the gun to the president’s head? You tell me. Sure looks like it, as Barr, I mean Blanche, is also not doing anything when it comes to voter fraud other than going after some Mexican in CA who voted 5 times, or other small cases. Blanche also kept Tina Peters in prison in Colorado for most of Trump’s first few years of this second term. Think on it. All he had to do was announce a federal investigation into voter fraud and name her as a witness. BAM — next day federal marshals could go collect her, and anyone who interfered could be arrested. Why didn’t he, month after month after month? Let’s be clear, even Pam, the former AG, admitted Blanche was in charge. So Blanche left her to rot for the longest time, until the governor was pressured to let her out. Makes you think, huh?
Now let’s focus on these criminal referrals that go nowhere — as in EVER.
A congressional criminal referral is a letter. It asks the Justice Department to look at someone. It is not an indictment, and DOJ does not have to do anything with it. Since January 20, 2025, the documented Republican referrals are a short list. Two came from Jim Jordan. The rest are either renewals of older letters or pressure to act on letters sent before this term.

John Brennan, October 21, 2025. Jordan sent Attorney General Pam Bondi a referral alleging the former CIA director knowingly made false statements to the Judiciary Committee on May 11, 2023, about the Steele dossier and the CIA’s role in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment on Russian election interference. The statute cited is the federal false-statements law, 18 U.S.C. § 1001. Jordan posted the letter the same day. Bondi confirmed on February 11, 2026, that DOJ had the referral and said she could not confirm or deny a pending case. On September 14, 2026, Brennan’s lawyer said prosecutors told him Brennan is a “target” of that false-statements investigation in Washington and a “subject” of a separate, wider “grand conspiracy” probe in the Southern District of Florida. He was subpoenaed to a Fort Pierce grand jury for October 15. No indictment had been reported as of that filing.
Jack Smith, July 22, 2026. Jordan wrote acting Attorney General Todd Blanche that Smith knowingly made false statements in his December 17, 2025, deposition. The claim is that Smith left the impression his team had only toll records (numbers, dates, duration) for members of Congress, while records Grassley released, and documents DOJ gave the committee on July 14, showed the team had obtained the content of text messages involving 44 lawmakers. DOJ confirmed receipt that night and said it “will investigate all evidence of criminal conduct.” Smith’s lawyers called the referral meritless and said his testimony was truthful. No charge has been reported.
Those are the two formal Jordan referrals in this term. Notice how the DOJ stops any charges from happening. ALWAYS!
Other Republicans
Anthony Fauci, Rand Paul, July 14–15, 2025. Paul wrote Bondi renewing the referral he first sent in July 2023. The allegation is the same: Fauci lied under oath to the Senate HELP Committee on May 11, 2021, about gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Paul also flagged Biden’s January 2025 preemptive pardon and questions about whether Biden personally authorized it. This is a re-referral, not a new case. As of January 2026, James Comer was still describing the Fauci referral as sitting on Bondi’s desk.
Hunter Biden and James Biden, James Comer / House Oversight. The actual criminal referrals for false statements to Congress went out on June 5, 2024, before this term. Comer spent 2025 and early 2026 demanding Bondi act on them. On June 1, 2025, he said the referrals had not been acted on, noted the five-year statute of limitations, and said he was “hopeful.” On January 9, 2026, he said referrals “from Dr. Fauci to the Biden family influence peddling scheme” were “collecting dust on Attorney General Bondi’s desk,” and that he had told the White House. No charges from those referrals have been reported.
Comer has also pushed a contempt track against Hillary Clinton over an Epstein-related Oversight subpoena. A committee report recommending the House find her in criminal contempt exists in this Congress. That only becomes a DOJ referral if the full House votes it. It is not in the same category as the Jordan letters.
Not congressional, but often lumped in
Tulsi Gabbard and John Ratcliffe sent their own Brennan / Russia-assessment referrals from inside the executive branch in 2025. In April 2026, Gabbard’s ODNI referred the 2019 impeachment whistleblower and former intelligence-community inspector general Michael Atkinson. In August 2025 the Oversight Project, a private group, referred Christopher Wray. None of those are House or Senate referrals. The DOJ of course does nothing. As Brennan was and is Deep State, and is untouchable,. All hail the Deep State. Sure – you will see some BS placating actions in media to make you think something is going on, but Brennan is happy and secure knowing HIS DOJ and Deep State has his back.
Scorecard as of this week
Brennan is the only name on this list for whom DOJ has moved past “we got your letter.” His lawyer says he is a target. He has not been charged. Smith’s referral was acknowledged in July and has produced no public charge. Fauci and the Biden-family referrals are the ones Comer himself called dust on Bondi’s desk. A referral is the end of Congress’s power. Everything after that is DOJ, and on this set DOJ has mostly not finished the job.
And this is where we are now. America is far closer to being a dictatorship, if not already one, than most Americans will ever admit. One more Democrat in the Oval Office, and the Marxist key is turned, and we see a revolution of one kind or another. Will Trump have the balls to do anything about any of this?
My guess is he has a deal with the Deep State to stay in power. He let them keep the State Dept. (where all of their fraud USAID programs STILL exist), the deficit continues to rise thanks to Democrat/Deep State fraud in every program, and Trump has not been shot at (again) — which means November has some sort of deal in the works for Republicans. The Democrats know that the polls and all elections are now massively manipulated to get their desired result. We are much closer to being 65%–35% at most, with 65% conservatives. ONLY voter fraud keeps the illusion up. To rein in Trump’s growing power, my guess is the Deep State gives Congress to the Democrats (note all of the fake polls saying they have over a 60% chance of winning it) — sure, totally fake — NO ONE is voting Democrat, seriously. A very small minority votes Democrat — the woketards, as we call them. But outside of a college campus, where they have the numbers, they are nothing in 90% of America. That’s why the Deep State has to fix EVERY election now. It is all a head fake, as usual. Their vocal maniacs are a small minority.
