On Wednesday, September 30th, around 1 in the afternoon, Barry, a 69-year-old man was riding his motorcycle through the intersection of North Dukeland Street and West North Avenue. Video shows the stolen Kia swing AROUND a car that was stopped at the light and then smash right into Barry. Barry was rushed to the hospital, but he didn’t make it.

On Wednesday, September 30th, around 1 in the afternoon, Barry, a 69-year-old man was riding his motorcycle through the intersection of North Dukeland Street and West North Avenue.
Video shows the stolen Kia swing AROUND a car that was stopped at the light and then smash right into Barry.
Barry was rushed to the hospital, but he didn’t make it.
Police say video shows the two kids inside got out… and RAN AWAY, the driver was 12 years old.
His passenger was a 15-year-old White girl.
The 15-year-old White female passenger was charged with motor vehicle theft.
The Black 12-year-old who was behind the wheel?
No charges.
Yes… NO CHARGES.
Police say that because of his age, they filed a “Child in Need of Supervision” referral and met with the Department of Juvenile Services.
That’s it.
No arrest. No charges.
A referral to juvenile services, and they decide whether he gets services, supervision… or nothing at all.
