Here is General Flynn’s actual pardon by President Trump

The DOJ has filed the official Flynn pardon.

The pardon includes the false statement charges, all matters investigated by Muller (FARA, etc.).

It also covers the potential charges the "Court or the court-appointed amicus has suggested.."
