The mother of a 12-year-old girl killed in a mass shooting in the British Columbia town of Tumbler Ridge held back tears as she remembered her daughter on Thursday evening. “She was everything to me,” Sarah Lampert, the mother of Ticaria Lampert, who would have turned 13 in April, told media. “I am here being the voice of a beautiful, strong voice that was silenced.
